Scope
- Design, Install & Engineering of 550 linear feet of Overhead Protection
- Access Scaffold (600,000 square feet) and Work Platforms providing access to Exterior
- Material Hoist & Cable Hoists installed for vertical operation from ground to roof elevation
- Gantry Trolley System utilized for allowing the removal & reinstallation of stone for façade restoration

Project Narrative
Scaffold Resource designed, engineered, and installed full vertical access for the extensive facelift of an historic building residing within the District of Columbia. The use of systems scaffold, trolley hoists, and a material hoist aided in material movement and granted multiple trades access during the restoration.
Pedestrian protection was utilized for the safety of the public that surrounded the project. Communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders were necessary due to high security measures to protect & secure the site.
