- Design & Install Exterior Scaffold System on two faces of building exterior with full stair tower access
- Trolley Beam System & Cabling Hoists for proper & safe material handling
- Overhead Protection installation in 3 location for pedestrian safety
- Netting System utilized for safety and debris & material confinement
Project Narrative
Scaffold Resource was honored to be given the opportunity to take on this challenging renovation amidst the busyness of Downtown D.C. Communication and coordination with the GC, various trades, and owner were key in designing and installing complete vertical access to the exterior of this high profile building. Thru the use of systems scaffold, a trolley beam system and cabling hoists material movement was granted for the stone repairs and window upgrades. Pedestrian protection and netting was utilized for the safety of the public that surrounded the project.
