Reston Town Center, Tower 4

Scaffold Resource designed and installed a high capacity scaffold system providing full access to all 22 floors and roof of the 250’ Reston Town Center 4 tower in Reston, Virginia. Due to the low-level outcropping of the building and proximity to high trafficked streets, Scaffold Resource engineers designed a high capacity back structure to bridge the gap for the entire tower. The system allowed full material and personnel access to the building with high speed hoists that allowed the GC to successfully complete their project on time.
