Scaffold Resource installed an oversized 8000lb hoist system that could hold the large curtain wall system that covered the exterior of The Ballston Quarter residential high-rise building in Arlington, Virginia. Our team worked closely with the general contractor to keep their men and material flowing at a fast pace as the building progressed up to the 23rd floor. Once at roof level, our team built a scaffold back structure to allow hoist access to a setback upper roof level that housed mechanical equipment.
