Scaffold Resource is proud to recognize our CEO, Gary Boncich, as he takes on a new leadership role as Secretary of the Scaffold & Access Industry Association (SAIA) Executive Committee.
Gary’s appointment reflects both his longstanding commitment to the scaffold and access industry and Scaffold Resource’s continued belief in the importance of leadership, collaboration, safety, and education in moving our industry forward.
Bringing Experience and Perspective to SAIA Leadership
Throughout his career, Gary has seen firsthand how strong industry relationships, high safety standards, education, and shared expertise can strengthen the scaffold and access industry as a whole.
As Secretary of the SAIA Executive Committee, he will have the opportunity to bring that experience and perspective to the organization’s leadership while helping support SAIA’s continued growth and impact.
For Gary, Scaffold Resource, and the broader Resource organization, the appointment is about more than holding a leadership position. It is another opportunity to contribute to the conversations and initiatives shaping the future of the scaffold and access industry.
Deepening Scaffold Resource’s Commitment to SAIA
Scaffold Resource has been involved with the Scaffold & Access Industry Association for many years, and we are proud to deepen that involvement through Gary’s new position on the Executive Committee.
SAIA plays an important role in bringing industry professionals together around issues that directly affect the people and companies working in scaffold and access every day.
We particularly value the organization’s ongoing work to advance:
- Safety throughout the scaffold and access industry
- Education and professional development
- Industry standards and best practices
- Collaboration among contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and other professionals
- Continued advancement of the scaffold and access profession
These priorities closely align with the values that guide Scaffold Resource and the way we approach our own projects, people, and partnerships.
Looking Ahead to the Next Two Years
We also congratulate Matt Morgan on his new role as President of SAIA, along with the incoming Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Industry associations are strongest when experienced professionals are willing to contribute their time, knowledge, and perspective toward a shared mission. We look forward to seeing what this leadership team accomplishes over the next two years and to working alongside others throughout SAIA to continue strengthening the industry.
