Every year, the Scaffold Resource Summer Picnic gives us an opportunity to step away from the jobsite, enjoy time together, and celebrate the people who make our company what it is. The 2026 picnic was no exception.
Our employees and their families gathered for a memorable day filled with great food, outdoor activities, and plenty of laughter. From hayrides and crabs to the climbing wall and a surprise dunk tank, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
A Day of Food, Fun, and Friendly Competition
The picnic offered the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. Guests enjoyed a traditional crab feast, spent time catching up with coworkers, and took part in activities throughout the day.
The hayrides gave families a chance to enjoy the outdoors together, while the climbing wall provided an exciting challenge for guests ready to test their skills. The surprise dunk tank quickly became one of the day’s biggest attractions and created plenty of memorable moments.
More than anything, it was great to see team members and their families relaxing, laughing, and enjoying one another’s company outside of the usual work environment.
Celebrating the People Behind Resource
At Scaffold Resource, our people are the foundation of everything we accomplish. Their experience, dedication, and teamwork allow us to take on challenging projects while maintaining the strong commitment to safety and service our customers expect.
Although one picnic could never fully express how much we appreciate our employees, this annual event gives us an important opportunity to recognize their contributions and say thank you.
It also allows team members from across the company to connect in a different setting, strengthen relationships, and introduce their families to the larger Resource community.
Strong Teams Are Built Together
A strong company culture is built through more than the work we complete. It also grows through shared experiences, personal connections, and opportunities to enjoy time together.
Events like the Summer Picnic remind us that every project, milestone, and achievement is made possible by a team of talented people working toward a common goal.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the 2026 Scaffold Resource Summer Picnic such a success. Most importantly, thank you to our employees for the skill, hard work, and commitment you bring to Resource every day.
We are grateful for our team and already looking forward to gathering together again next year.
