Gabriel was crucial to the success of a new company venture last year, involving extensive travel across multiple states and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Achievements
One of his most notable achievements was his role in the successful completion of a 16-day shutdown schedule over Memorial Day Weekend at a substantial out-of-town project. This task required careful planning, coordination, and execution – all of which Gabriel handled with excellence.
His interactions with our customers have been outstanding, earning recognition and praise from many superintendents on various sites he has worked on. Gabriel’s effective communication within our field operations team is equally remarkable, and he consistently contributes to the growth, accountability, and morale of our crews.
