Executive Management

Charlie Weiss founded Scaffold Resource in 1998 and has since grown the company to be a leader in the vertical access services industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has over twenty- five years of experience in the industry and has been a major contributor to the growth of the scaffold industry in this marketplace. He has led the organization to be customer-oriented, competitive in pricing, and pro-actively aggressive in insuring safety issues are prioritized by Scaffold Resource personnel and its’ customers.

Bob Brundige brings over 40 years of experience in the Construction Industry including building hotels, office buildings, and leading the restoration & preservation projects for historical building facades. Bob started in the field as a tradesman before being promoted to management over 25 years ago. Bob’s experience as the “end-user” of many different scaffold and shoring systems over the years brings a “customers perspective” to the team; that coupled with his core beliefs of Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Integrity makes Bob an effective leader & well-rounded manager.

Benji Coffey brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry & over 15 years working with Scaffold Resource. He oversees all aspects of our daily operations including Design & Development of Specialty Project Concepts, Engineering & Estimating Review, Project Management Support for the Field, & our in-house Fabrication Shop. He has been recognized for his accomplishments with the Arts and Industries Project by receiving the Washington Building Congress Star Craftsmanship Award in 2012 and the Revitalization of St.Elizabeth’s Center Building in 2017.

Bill Schikner has been a vital member of the Scaffold Resource team for over a decade. He brings over 30 years of Scaffolding industry experience. He has led some of our most notable projects to date including the Freedom Tower in Miami, Florida & the U.S Supreme Court in Washington D.C.

Mark Tsirigos brings over 35 years of experience in the Scaffolding and Hoisting Industry. Mark started in the field before moving into Sales & Project Management ultimately leading to him assuming the Vice President role 15 years ago. His experience has helped to build a wealth of knowledge in all areas of this very diverse industry. One of Mark's many talents is his ability to provide innovative solutions for his clients’ most challenging projects. Some of the notable projects that Mark has been involved with include; the Presidential Inaugurals (2001-2013), The Washington Monument Restoration and Earthquake repair (1999 & 2013), & The Library of Congress.

Loretta Lewis has managed the administrative and in-house operations for Scaffold Resource for over 10 years. Her role involves a myriad of oversight responsibilities across departments creating solutions for any issues that arise. Loretta plays a significant role in the company’s ability to expand its support structure for our growing customer base in both the private & government sectors.

Bruce Herr joined Scaffold Resource in 2015, bringing over 30 years of general contracting experience. Bruce rounds out core expertise in the scaffolding industry with best value management practices and risk administration, matching out corporate growth with proven industry leaders. Prior to joining our team, Bruce spent 18 years in an executive management position with two of the Washington area’s premier builders.
